La Ciambella - Bar á Vin con Cucina, a few steps from the Pantheon since 2016:
a large and bright room, an open kitchen and a counter where you can also sit for a quick break. The menu proposed by chef Francesca Ciucci is an exciting journey through traditional Roman and Italian cuisine revisited, with an approach aimed at enhancing and maintaining the authenticity of taste and raw materials, combined with a modern and elegant vision in the assembly of the elements in the dish. The aim is to take the customer through the alleys of Rome and the stories that inhabit them, bringing back memories of flavours through stories of different kitchens and pantries, near and far.
